Elliott Vernon is the Chief Regulatory Officer of Patriot BioEnvironmental LLC, and its subsidiary Worry Free Plastics LLC. He is a retired attorney and former prosecutor, who specialized in federal white-collar criminal defense, complex commercial litigation, constitutional litigation, securities, banking, and regulatory compliance matters.
He is a graduate of Seton Hall University, as a Distinguished Military Graduate; Seton Hall University School of Law; and the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School at the University of Virginia. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals, United States Court of Military Appeals, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States Court of Claims, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
He is a former US Army officer, paratrooper, and decorated Vietnam War Veteran with service in the 82nd Airborne Division and the 173rd Airborne Brigade (”Sky Soldiers”) w/75th Rangers in Vietnam. Upon his return from Vietnam, he was appointed Chief Prosecutor of the US Army Communications Electronics Command; and the United States Magistrate’s Court at Fort Monmouth, NJ, and surrounding federal enclaves on behalf of the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.
