An Answer for Plastic Waste
In the current life cycle of plastic products, a polymer is converted into a product, that product is used by a consumer, and then it becomes part of the 35 million tons of plastic waste that enter municipal solid waste systems each year.
Of that 35 million tons of plastic waste, only 3 million tons are recycled, 5 million tons become liter or are burned, and 27 million tons enter landfills. Our product solves the landfill plastic waste issue and complements the reuse and recycling initiatives already in place. (supporting Principle 2).

Our organic enzymatic agent, when added at 1% to the total masterbatch of any traditional petroleum-based polymer, will allow the plastic waste that enters landfills (or any anaerobic environment like waterways) to quickly return to nature – nutrient-rich soil and biogases that help to regenerate the earth and create renewable energy (supporting Principle 3). This process leaves behind NO toxic waste, and NO micro-plastics (supporting Principle 1).
